Color Soul: Portrait of Mike ReedI painted this portrait last night. It gave me a fit. I wanted to control it; keep it buttoned up; clean. The painting (Mike Reed's eyes) wouldn't have any part of my super-imposed, false atempts to claim anything kin to perfection. The hands laid open over Mike's chest-- my favorite part of the painting.
